As a UX designer, I conducted in-depth user research and usability testing with primary and secondary school students in STEM programs at Education Innovation Research Institute at Greater Bay Area (EIRI-GRA), discovering a reliance on mobile devices over desktops, with a greater need for mobile LMS access. Also, I redesigned the Learning Management System to enhance responsive design and mobile experience. Meanwhile, I integrated user feedback into design iterations by wireframing and prototyping, and conducted user testing that 80% of users felt the new prototype significantly enhanced their experience.
